Welcome to the 2023-2024 Faith Formation Program Registration at St. Anthony & St. Mary Parish
Thank you for joining us for Faith Formation at St. Anthony and St. Mary Parish. We are excited to journey with you and your family!

Catechesis of the Good Shepherd (serving children ages 3-12): To register, please select "Catechesis of the Good Shepherd" under the "Registration Type." Enter your child's information. Then select your preferred level, day, and time. Level 1 serves children ages 3-6, Level 2 serves children ages 6-9, Level 3 serves children ages 9-12. Sessions are filled on a first come first serve basis.

First Reconciliation and First Communion: Please register for Level 2 of Catechesis of the Good Shepherd if your child is between the ages of 7 and 9. Please contact Ellen Schlosser (262)251-0220 for additional information if your child is older than 9.

Middle & High School Program & Confirmation: Classes for grades 6th and up, including confirmation, will meet for one hour & fifteen minutes, once a week, at the following time at St. Mary Parish School Building:
Sundays 10:45am-12:00pm
Classes will be held Sunday, September 17 through Sunday, May 5. The sacrament of confirmation will occur on Thursday, May 23 at 7:00pm.

Sacramental Retreats: All students preparing to receive first reconciliation and Communion should register for the First Sacraments retreat. All students preparing for Confirmation must attend the Confirmation retreat. All middle school students and up who are not attending the Confirmation retreat should attend one of the two options as noted on the registration form.

Parent Formation: Additionally all parents are invited to attend our parent sessions on Sundays offered  during the middle school/high school/confirmation classes. Additional programming for students grades 1st - 5th will be available on those parents session days.
